Today's the Day!!

As I'm typing this, I'm in the SWISS lounge at Terminal 4 of JFK International Airport.  I'm all checked in and ready to go though a bit hung over.  Had a great evening with a good friend who came up to NYC to visit and celebrate my birthday.

The trip to JFK wasn't too bad.  I decided not to do the public transportation thing but do the cab.  It turned out to be worth the cost now that I'm here and relaxing.  I can see my plane at the gate as evidenced below...

Have a little bit before I need to head to the gate.  The excitement that I hadn't felt previously is now being felt....
